Main bathroom is found on the upstairs floor with the main living areas, downstairs you will find an additional bathroom combined with the laundry, 3 bedrooms and second living area.

Our waterfront property offers direct access to the water, making it a haven for boating enthusiasts. With a convenient boat shed, you can set sail and explore the coastal wonders at your leisure. Boats can be launched from the public boat ramp a few doors down.
Two adults kayaks and one child kayak, with life jackets, are provided for your enjoyment.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.
