This stunning home on Phillip Island can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends.

THE SPACE
Welcome to "My Island Home," an exquisite coastal retreat seamlessly integrated with the natural beauty that surrounds it. This expansive haven graciously accommodates up to ten guests across three meticulously appointed bedrooms and two immaculate bathrooms. In the spirit of providing a personalized touch to your stay, we kindly request guests bring their own linen and towels.

Located just a brief 5-minute stroll from our doorstep lies a serene and picturesque beach, beckoning you to immerse yourself in its tranquil embrace. Here, you can surrender to the rhythmic cadence of the waves, savour a leisurely sunset stroll, or simply bask in the serenity that only coastal living can offer.

For your peace of mind and security, we've taken measures to install CCTV cameras on the exterior of the property. Rest assured, these cameras are positioned solely to safeguard your well-being while the interior of the home remains an exclusive sanctuary reserved for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Nestled within a residential street with permanent neighbours, we extend our hospitality exclusively to mature guests who share our commitment to maintaining a harmonious coexistence with our local community. "My Island Home" is designed for those seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating holiday experience, and therefore, loud gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps ten guests across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - 1x King size bed with ensuite (2 guests)
Bedroom 2 (main level) - 1x Tri-bunk bed and 1x Single bed (4 guests)
Bedroom 3 (main level) - 1x Tri-bunk bed and 1x Single bed (4 guests)

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach, bath and tea towels, hand towels, and bathmats. Refer to the home's description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per be, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, including a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than seven days. For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours' notice,e as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties, or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we have reserved the right to evict guests.

Booking reservations can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Pets are welcome but must be cleaned up during/ after the stay.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay, and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.
