This lovely home is located in the cabin area half a block from a beautiful, quiet beach. The spacious upper floor is complete with lake views, 12-foot ceilings and dormer windows. Enjoy dining out at tasty restaurants steps away or grill up a feast on the 5-burner barbeque. The two covered verandas, uncovered patio and firepit area allow you to maximize the great outdoors. Or escape the elements with central AC and a cozy gas fireplace.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 - queen bed, sofa bed (small double for children)
Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 - queen beds

The upper bedrooms are large and bedding arrangements can be made to include a couple extra children. Please inquire about this if needed.

All bedrooms are equipped with cushion-firm mattresses, blackout curtains/blinds and desks. The upstairs gallery also includes a desk space.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. Ground coffee, K-cups, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper are provided. The house is on well water so we have connected a RO drinking water line to the fridge ice maker and tap. No need to pack in bottled water!

The dining room has a large table with 10 chairs. There are two extensions for the table if more space is needed.

Living room includes a couch hide-a-bed and oversized couch. The 50” TV includes cable, Disney+ and Netflix.

Back yard:
-Access to the house is from the back lane
-Parking spaces for 5 vehicles (3 tandem and 2 tandem). There is no street parking on Lakeshore Drive.
-Covered veranda with bistro table and chairs, 2 lounging chairs, and 5-burner barbeque
-Lower uncovered deck with 6-seater patio table
-Recently landscaped with sod, trees and shrubs
-Fire area with adirondack chairs

Front yard:
-Covered veranda with 2 lounging chairs (pull up adirondacks if you like!)

Guest access:
Guests have access to everything except unfinished basement and garage.
