This gorgeous, light-filled, immaculately styled two-bedroom property is the ultimate beachside getaway in Sydney. Located over the road from the famed Bondi Beach, it has sweeping views of sand, surf and sky.
Please understand that this home is not able to welcome children under 8. Teenagers are more than welcome.
As soon as you open the front door, you are greeted by gentle sunlight and sweeping views through the full-length windows and delightful modern styling in the open-plan living and dining area.
This sunny space is where youâll spend your time. Decked out in minimal white with warm timber highlights, it manages to be both stylish and inviting. The kitchen is an entertainerâs dream, with top-end appliances and a five-burner gas range. Do your prep on the polished concrete island bench or take a seat at the breakfast bar and watch the magic happen.
The six-person modernist dining table might be the most scenic place in town to have a meal, and the views are just as good in the living area. But be warned: you may find it hard to concentrate on the TV or the fireplace with the lights of Bondi twinkling just outside.
Two king bedrooms provide ample room to sleep; the master comes equipped with a walk-in dressing space and an en-suite bathroom with his-and-hers vanities, chic concrete tiling and a beautiful tub. Both rooms are light and breezy, with their own slice of the magnificent view â best appreciated from the love seat by the window.

How can we put this? The vibe. Itâs unbeatable. This property immediately puts you in a beachside mode. Despite the beautiful interior design, itâs made for comfort, with loads of space to kick back and enjoy the sun and the view. You might not want to leave. But when you do, Bondi is on your doorstep â coffee or fine dining at Icebergs, nightlife, shopping, the works.
What we love
We love the fitout of this place. Sure, the high ceilings and massive windows would make life easy for any interior designer, but the different elements here somehow add up to more than the sum of their parts. The simple lounges are offset by mid-century designer chairs, the polished concrete by the timber, the minimalism by the warmth. Itâs simply stunning.
What the active traveller loves
Bondi isnât a place. Itâs a lifestyle. And this is the perfect property to appreciate that from. The start of the Bondi to Bronte clifftop walk is just outside the front door. Icebergs beckons for laps and saunas across the road. Obviously thereâs the beach itself for suntanning, surfing and swimming, and Bondi probably has more yoga studios and gyms per capita than anywhere else in the world. Youâd have to try hard not to be active here.
