Family Friendly house with huge backyard and close to the Beach

Immaculate, freshly renovated family friendly home located in Ocean Grove. Our home is a beautiful oasis to relax, enjoy some peace and spend time together. Our large yard and deck area is the perfect spot to while away lazy afternoons. On cooler days and nights the Bungalow is the ideal spot to get cosy to watch a movie.

The house is a short 1km walk from the beach. A quick drive to the Ocean Grove main street, with easy access to local shops and amenities.

The space
Two bedrooms each have queen beds, the third room contains a single bed, with a trundle. A cot and change table are also available in this room.

The bungalow is a cosy space for kids to play or for movie nights. There is a king sized bed which can be folded back into a comfy daybed plus two single bunk beds, along with a very handy remote working space (with a solid ethernet and wifi connection). The Bungalow has a portable heater available.

The cosy open plan living and dining area is perfect to spend time together with friends or family. We have a reverse cycle air conditioner located in the living area which easily heats and cools the entire house.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with ice machine, microwave, coffee machine, soda stream and kids dinnerware.

Doubling the living space, the second bedroom opens out to a large covered deck with lounge area and generous outdoor table. A Weber BBQ is available for use.

The large enclosed backyard is a perfect safe space for the kids to run around while you sit and relax on the deck. We also have an outdoor shower with hot water to rinse off after a day at the beach.

We do have an option for you to bring a dog - just one - however they must be kept outside. This must be declared at the time of booking as a fee is associated with this.

Stiletto heels are not permitted inside, as the floors are brand new soft polished timber.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all areas of the property, excluding the rear shed which is locked for owners use.

All bedding linen and towels are provided.
Please BYO Beach towels.

Other things to note
There are three steps up to the front door and out the back door. Inside the house is split level, with one small step down into the living area and kitchen.

We have security cameras around the exterior of the house. They do not face into any living or sleeping areas of the house.
