We were not notified of any issues during your visit; otherwise, we would have been happy to send a technician to assist immediately. We strive to provide a seamless experience, and for transparency, check-in and check-out times are clearly communicated before arrival as part of our protocol. Because we had a same-day departure, we were unable to accommodate a check-in over two hours early while our teams were still preparing the home.
