Location is close to all amenities and the highway. The house was well appointed right down to a whole spice rack. Owner was easy to communicate with...and prompt! Even dryer sheets and laundry included as well!!

Overall it was a nice stay, the mattresses are very hard. The back deck really needs to be fixed, there are badly warped boards, stain/paint peeling causing splinters and there are gaps underneath where dogs can get under. Some of the patio furniture looked like it would cave if you sat in it. Again overall it was a good stay

We're glad you had a good overall stay. We've replaced the boards and restained the back deck this week to address the warping and peeling you noticed. On the patio furniture, we found one chair with a foot that had come unscrewed and have put it back on; the rest of the furniture is in excellent condition. As for the mattresses, they're high-quality and most guests find them comfortable, though we know firmness preferences vary from person to person.

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was very clean and well stocked. Everything was labeled for easy access as well. It provided us with a great location that allowed us to explore Denver and the surrounding mountain areas.

The property was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans etc. The beds were very comfortable. Extra blankets were provided. We appreciated the keyless entry and the automatic locking. There were pull across drapes on all the windows which kept the very hot sun from heating up the house. There were ceiling fans in all the rooms which was nice. We would definitely recommend this property.

Nice to have 4 bedrooms and a fenced-in backyard for kids and dogs. Nice neighborhood. A/C was excellent in the hot summer. Owners very responsive and helpful. Toys were provided for the kiddies. Areas in the kitchen were clearly labeled and fully stocked. Nearby green-space was great for walking the dog - he gives it a paws-up.We would return to this home again.

We just returned from a nearly two week stay at this location, and it was thoroughly relaxing. The property has four bedrooms so my entire family could spread out and enjoy their own rooms, as well as relax in the family room and on the wooden deck in the backyard. I was hoping to try out the outdoor grill but sadly did not get a chance. We did sit outside and enjoy the Colorado sunrises and sunsets.The kitchen is well furnished with appliances, cookware, and silverware so we were able to cook a lot of our meals without going out. We enjoyed the included breakfast items and coffee so our first breakfast was covered without needing to go shopping.We used the garage to park our rental car which was nice, instead of leaving it outside overnight (although the neighborhood was quiet and would not have been any problem). I often took walks in the area, heading up past the local community center, which looked like it must be a lot of fun for those in the area. (Skateboard park, sports courts, fitness equipment, an impressive library, classrooms and what looked like a maker area with 3D printers and various other tools.)Our host Terri was easy to contact and quick to respond to our questions.Overall, we had a wonderful visit and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great Host!

Our host, Terri, was so quick to respond to any questions we had prior to our stay and during our stay. The home was very comfortable as were all of the beds. We really appreciated that all of the kitchen cabinets had labels of contents so it was easy to find cookware and dishes without wasting time searching. We would definitely stay at one of Terri's properties again.

Our two familes stayed in the house so that we could visit with our aunt. The house was clean, every cabinet was labeled, and pet friendly which we appreciated. We even were able to park our car in the garage. We had a really nice time. We’d stay again.

The Thorton home was as listed, the owner was very attentive, responded promptly to any messagw I would send. House is near shopping centers, Fwy, and college which was the main reason for our visit to CO. Would definitely come back and recommend this property.

Staycation

We were in town for my son‘s wedding. The location and size of the house was just what we needed. Great floor plan for young children in the house. And bedrooms being on two different floors made bedtime go smoothly.

Great pet friendly home

The home was very well stocked and clean. The fenced in yard and deck made our pup very happy! The property manager was very accessible and answered any questions promptly. The available lap top and printer were a nice touch. Wish there was a tv in the master bedroom! Hope to stay there again when we are visiting our son.

Denver vacation

The house was amazingly clean and as described. Was a wonderful surprise to find coffee pods, creamer, sweetener, tea, milk, oj and cereal stocked for us. The communication was a little lacking at first but once we arrived it was great. The location was great for us and all our adventures. I would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Excellent stay. Very well appointed

When my family and I walked into the house, I knew we were going to have a good stay. We were in Denver for a wedding celebration for my son, so we were often gone. Yet when we were there, everything that we needed to cook, or clean up my grandchildren’s messes, was there for us. House was very comfortable and clean. Close to the activities that we enjoyed. We all enjoyed our stay.
