The space
This newly built detached home comes with all the high-end finishes. There are real hardwoods throughout the main and upper level, with plush clean carpet in the finished basement.

Upstairs you’ll find a room with a queen Tempur-Pedic bed, and a full washroom, as well as a master bedroom with a new Tempur-Pedic king bed and ensuite washroom. The ensuite washroom is a luxury spa experience, with a deep soaker tub, rain shower, and heated floors.

The main floor is an open concept with a beautiful chef’s kitchen and an island that seats four (additional stool added since photos).

In the basement is a large living area and new 65” smart TV that’s great for games, with another bedroom, Restonic king bed, TV, and full washroom.

This space is perfect for large families or couples (three couples, for example, could each have their own washroom).

There is a fourth bed in the pullout sectional in the living room, this bed is ideal for one adult or two small children.

Guest access
This rental is for the entire home - there is one small room upstairs locked off for storage and there is a locked storage room under the stairs in the basement.

Other things to note
I will stock the fridge with cold drinks, and snacks. I will ensure you have garbage bags, paper towels, and all the staples you need for the entirety of your stay.
