Bass Retreat is a light filled spacious holiday house nestled amongst the trees at Bass Crescent, Skenes Creek.
This dog friendly holiday accommodation is the perfect base for exploring Apollo Bay beaches and the Great Ocean Road.

Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.

The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.

All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.

There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.

All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin.

Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
