This modern and spacious holiday house offers views of the Otway foothills and is a short 5-10minute walk to the beach.

This modern and light filled pet friendly holiday accommodation offers loads of space for relaxing.

The upper floor of the house is open plan and boasts a huge very well appointed kitchen with Coffee Machine, Electric Cooking, Dishwasher.

The lounge area offers a super comfy large couch with Flatscreen TV that leads out onto a north facing deck with views of the Otway foothills. The dining table offers seating for 8 guests.

Downstairs offers 3 spacious bedrooms all with glass sliding doors out onto the rear decks that offer views of the hills. There is another living with 2 couches for relaxing with a book.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome at this property. House trained dogs are welcome inside but are not permitted on furniture or in bedrooms.

Guests have access to the entire house but not the garage.
Arrival is from 3pm. Departure is by 10am unless arranged prior with management.
Early arrival and late departure incur a fee of $50 per hour.

The property is strictly non-smoking. A $750 fine will apply for smoking inside.

All guests are to be booked and paid for including children sleeping in beds.

There is a strict no-party and schoolies policy.
Please consider your neighbours, keep noise down after 10pm and be mindful that the property is located in a residential area.

All dogs are to be house trained and well behaved.
Dog poo is to be picked up and disposed in red wheelie bin.

Please leave property in neat and tidy condition. Dishes are to washed, dried and packed away OR dishwasher set to washing on departure. Lights, Electric Blankets and Heating turned off. Doors locked. Additional fees may apply if not.
