We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- The fridge’s water dispenser has been inspected and cleaned, and is in working order, though some minor discoloration may remain due to its age- The downstairs bathroom has undergone a deep cleaning to ensure it meets our high standards- The downstairs bed is scheduled for replacement, and we will inspect the pillows and replace them as needed- All bedding is laundered thoroughly before each guest’s arrival. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they’d like to share the following:- Specific GPS coordinates and a detailed map are provided in the welcome letter, which should help future guests find the unit more easily.- We acknowledge that the porch lighting could have made entry easier and will ensure the front porch light is left on for future guest arrivals.- While the entrance location and stairs may not be ideal for all guests, the layout is clear in the listing.
