We loved our stay. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, but we had easy access to all destinations. We would definitely stay again.

Nice clean updated unit

We loved it, loved the rooms, the tvs, the popcorn maker was awesome. But..... There was no pan or skillet to cook with. There were some pots, but that was it. There weren't enough bath towels. There were no dish rags or kitchen towels, broom, etc. Just a few items that were missing that would have made it even better.

Just Okay

The place was not very clean and was missing kitchen supplies such as pans to cook with. There was also trash just outside the front door going in that were never cleaned up. I reported it to the host but never heard back. We ended up taking it all out to the trash can when we left the property. Would not stay in this property again. It was just okay!

Unfortunately, it appears that a previous guest may have taken some of them. We understand how this could have affected your stay and are sorry for the inconvenience. Flooding and spiders

We arrived to the entry landing flooded from the sprinklers, the drain had blocked up and water was about to break over the landing and into the house. We were unable to get our luggage in without some water issues. We also had to text to get the correct code to get in after the one received did not work, all while we were getting wet from the sprinklers still on and falling into the stairwell. Once inside, the entire place smelled like old moat water. There was a buildup of spiderwebs in every corner so before my kids saw a spider in the bathroom and refused to go in I ran through all the rooms and had to smash at least 2 spiders in every single room. The main bathroom shower head is hanging on but not fully attached to the ceiling, no one showered in here. Tub of the secondary bath is cracked and I had to go to walmart to buy cleaning supplies to properly clean before any of us bathed. It was obvious the place had been cleaned at one point but had sat vacant for a prolonged period and dust and spiders were taking over. The front door lock was hardly attached the door but my husband travels with small tools and quickly fixed the issue, something the owner could have taken time to fix. The master bath door had to be held shut by a trashcan as the latch did not work. The only good part was the beds were clean. I pulled down all the blankets and checked the pillows after seeing how the rest of the place was kept and was pleasantly surprised. Towels were also clean and obviously bleached, also very soft. After calling about the water the owner did resolve the issue in a timely manner. After managing to get in and get to sleep, the water was gone by the morning after someone came out to "snake the drain" to clear it. The smell of the sitting water never went away.Great location and space but could be better taken care of for the price.
