Vincentia is the ideal location to be close to the beach and close to famous Jervis Bay.
There are many things to do in Jervis Bay: golfing, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, fishing, exploring National Parks, dolphin/whale watch cruises and much more.
Plenty of restaurants, cafes and stores are in the area to keep yourself entertained during your visit.

In order to fully take advantage of the area we recommend having a car.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Any breach of the noise regulations may result in eviction without a refund of remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: The home is stocked with a few things to assist upon your arrival such as some basic cooking items and toiletries. However, we do suggest you bring anything you need to make your stay feel comfortable.
