Guest Access:

Getting Around:
This condo is in the perfect spot to walk everywhere! From the beach to restaurants and shops, everything is within easy reach. If you want to explore a bit further, you can hop on a Bici Playa or rent a bike to cruise around town.
The condo is about 55 km (34.2 miles) from Cancun International Airport (CUN). We recommend pre-arranging transportation to/from the airport, as taxis can be quite expensive. Alternatively, you can rent a car or take the ADO first-class bus, which is a budget-friendly option. If you're driving, there’s underground parking available on a first-come, first-served basis, so just ask the front desk for access. But honestly, you won’t need a car with everything so close by!
Other Things to Note:
Electricity: For short-term stays (under 28 nights), 50 kW/day of electricity is included. Additional consumption will be charged at 3.50 MXN/kW. For long-term stays (28 days or more), guests are responsible for an electricity fee of $167 USD per month. Consumption is measured at check-in and check-out.
Housekeeping: For stays of 28 nights or more, guests are required to pay for 2 cleaning services per month for $40 USD per cleaning.
We provide basic essentials like soap and toilet paper upon arrival, but please note these are not replenished during your stay.
Children: The condo is family- and kid-friendly. If you need items like a crib, please contact us in advance.
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Security deposit: A temporary security deposit hold may be placed prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform. This hold is released after check-out, provided no damages or violations have occurred. (Not applicable for ABB)
House Rules
- You must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No parties or events are allowed. Illegal activities and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music is not permitted after 10 pm. Please be respectful of neighbors. A penalty of $260 USD will be charged for any violations.
- Smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is prohibited inside the condo, and recreational drugs are not allowed on the property. A $300 penalty will apply for violations.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Only registered guests are allowed; no additional guests are permitted.
- You are responsible for covering any damage to the property or extra cleaning fees that may be required after your stay.
- Guests must provide a government-issued ID during check-in.
- Use the provided safe for your valuables. We are not responsible for any loss or theft.
