Please enter our freshly designed vacation home via the keyless electronic lock and be greeted by the sprawling open-concept home with grand ceilings and abundant natural light.

The outstanding contemporary home showcases designer touches throughout immense living spaces. The dining, kitchen, and seating areas flow perfectly indoors and out.

LIVING AREA
The living area features an elegant white leather sectional surrounding the 75" wall-mounted TV with a sound bar with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a counter-depth French door refrigerator, a wall oven & microwave combination, an electric cooktop, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Gather the whole family into the dining room and serve your cooked meals at the vast table set for ten guests. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our waterfall kitchen island.

BATHROOMS - 1ST FLOOR
This fantastic home offers two full-size bathrooms and a half bath, all on the main floor! The two full-size bathrooms are ensuites.

BATHROOMS - 1ST FLOOR
Three of the five bedrooms this home offers are on the main floor. All main-floor bedrooms are on the left wing of the house. The Primary bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed with clean linens and soft bedding, two wall-mounted floating nightstands, a wall mounted 65" flat-screen TV with an electric fireplace TV stand, and a recliner chair. The attached ensuite bathroom features double vanities and a large walk-in shower. And take advantage of the enormous walk-in closet with a custom closet system and a stackable washer and dryer.

Bedroom #2, just adjacent to the primary bedroom, provides a king-size bed with clean linens and soft bedding, two wall-mounted floating nightstands, a chair, a closet, and a wall-mounted smart TV. This bedroom also offers a private ensuite full-size bathroom with double vanities and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom #3 provides a queen size bed with clean linens and soft bedding. A desk, chair, closet, and wall-mounted smart TV.

BEDROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
This spacious and luxurious home's last two bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Both bedroom #4 and bedroom #5 are adjacent, providing queen beds, clean linens and soft bedding, lots of storage space for all your belongings, and a comfortable seating area. Both of the bedrooms have wall-mounted smart TV.

Please note: all bedrooms come with darkening shades for privacy so you can have the best night's sleep!

LAUNDRY
A complete washer/dryer set is located in the walk-in closet of the primary bedroom and stocked with detergent and dryer sheets for making vacation laundry a breeze.

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
