Welcome to our stunning newly posted riverfront 3 bedroom 2 bathroom plus den cottage on the Otonabee! Situated just outside the city of Peterborough, this tranquil oasis offers a perfect getaway for your next vacation.

The place has breathtaking panoramic views of the river. Our spacious and fully equipped living room and kitchen provides a cozy atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. Step outside onto the spacious deck and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the river as it flows by.
The space
The beautiful Otonabee river flows right at your doorstep, where you can enjoy a relaxing swim, fish off the dock, or simply watch from the spacious deck as the boats, jet skis and planes go by.

Inside the house, you can immerse yourselves in a friendly game of foosball, enjoy your favorite movies on Netflix, Amazon Prime, watch YouTube or just curl up with a good book by the fireplace.
Guest access
The entire property is available to use, except for the garage.

There is a mini walk out beach area next to the dock that guests can use for swimming. Water shoes are highly recommended. Some adult and child life jackets are provided.

You are welcome to bring your own kayak. The river provides access to a large network of water systems. Leads to Rice Lake, as well as Little Lake inside Peterborough city.

The river is an excellent fishing area. Guests are welcome to bring their fishing gear.

The fire pit is also open for use. Logs are available in the shelter next to the deck. Use the deck to enjoy the outdoors, chat with your companions while you BBQ on the grill.
Other things to note
Please mind the lot boundaries with the neighbors. One side of the lot is not fenced but the boundary line cannot be missed as part of it is covered with trees for privacy.
