Caro park cleaning on 24th February 8 am Full car park clean, move all vehicles off site. otherwise they won't clean car park spot. Hot water line replacement starts on 3rd of March on going 3 to 4 weeks. Outside window cleaning will be on 24th of March on going 3 to 4 weeks. Marble polish foyer on 14th to 17th of April 7: 30 am Limited access of foyer. ****

- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
Booking tax notice: Starting august 16 2023, A $55 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest and identity validation
