Cozy cottage on a beautiful shallow sand beach at Patterson lake!

Enjoy breathtaking views of the beautiful, tranquil Patterson Lake!This is the perfect cottage to spend peaceful time alone or have fun with family and friends. With 40 acres of forest surrounding the cottage, this private getaway has only one neighbour. The perfect venue for your next vacation.

The long, shallow sandy beach is located steps away from the back door. The water is ideal for kids of all ages, due to its shallow depth. Explore the lake in one of our kayaks, play on our floating carpet or relax in our floating chairs on a hot day. Enjoy a game or a meal in the spacious gazebo. The BBQ is yours to use for outdoor grilling. The view of the sky is breathtaking while toasting marshmallows in our backyard fire pit.

On the main floor, you have access to the master bedroom with a king size bed. The secondary bedroom sleeps 2 in a trundle bed. This floor also has a 4 piece bathroom and a full kitchen, including a dishwasher and a Keurig duo machine. The family room boasts comfortable, oversized leather furniture perfect for reclining in front of the fireplace.

In the basement you will find a third bedroom with a queen sized bed. This floor has a second family room with 2 futons that double as couches or beds. This space also contains a pellet stove for extra warmth on cold nights. A 3 piece bathroom is located on this floor beside the full-sized washer dryer. Just make to bring your own laundry soap as this is not included.

Our cottage includes a good selection of games that can be played outdoors or indoors such as Baby Foot Soccer and board games. The outdoor games are located in the basement closet, along with life jackets in various sizes for your convenience and safety.

If you enjoy hiking, check out the trails at Mont Cayamant or Mont Morissette. This tourist attraction is close by and very popular with cottage guests.

Tired of cooking? Rustik 55, on the Main Street, in the village of Cayamant, is a great choice. This restaurant has delicious food and is a short drive away. There is a well stocked convenience store on that same street.

Are you a chocoholic? Make sure you check out MC Chaloin Chocolatier in Gracefield. You will find plenty of other restaurants in Gracefield, as well as an SAQ, a pharmacy and a grocery store. Interested in fine cuisine? We recommend L’huile d’olive in Bouchette only a 25 minute drive from the cottage. (https://villagemajopial.ca/en/restaurant). Last but not least the famous ski resort, Mont Saint-Marie is 30 minutes away by car.
