- The 3-story property requires stairs to access. A bedroom and a full bathroom are located on the main floor
- The seasonal indoor gas fireplace will be turned off from April 15th through October 15th
- The property is supplied with a starter kit of shampoo, and body wash in each bathroom, a few kitchen trash bags, toilet paper in each bathroom, a couple of laundry detergent packets, a dishwashing liquid soap, one paper towel roll, a few dishwasher detergent packets, and Keurig K-cups
- Firewood is not provided; it's recommended guests purchase their own
