Well-kept as the owner's personal vacation home, it is the ultimate oasis perfectly situated in serene Wears Valley, just 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, 20 mins from Cades Cove and 25 mins from Gatlinburg. This beautifully updated cabin boasts easy, year-round access without compromising on the views. No winding roads or cliffs to navigate! If you want low key family time or to be close to the adventures the area has to offer, this is it! Pick your spot on the wrap around porch in a rocker or the comfy bed swing and take in the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park - literally across the road! You can also relax in the screened in porch or on the large side deck with a seating area & propane fire table, dining area with picnic table & have a view of nature's magic in every direction. Deer like to visit in the evenings & you never know what other wildlife you may spot- just don't approach or feed them! Fire up the gas grill before you recharge in the eco-friendly hot tub after a day of hiking nearby trails and watch the sun set. Take a seat in one of the Adirondack chairs while the kids play in the private "Kid's Cabin" or start a pickup game of football in the yard.
The great room has vaulted ceiling and stylish mountain decor. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island with 2 built in drink and wine fridges. The adjacent dining area seats 6-8 comfortably.
The main level also includes 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom & a full laundry room. Bedroom 1 offers a Queen size bed. Bedroom 2 provides 2 sets of custom, built in twin bunk beds for your cubs to hibernate for the night.
The open loft space upstairs is equipped with an arcade table (61 games to choose from!), dart board, large flat screen TV, DVD player, board games and books - you can even take a book and leave a book. There is a desk with a window view if you need to plug in during your stay (we hope you don't). A full size. pull out futon sofa rounds out the loft area.
The over-sized Master bedroom is also upstairs and has a King size bed and a twin day bed. The impressive ensuite bathroom includes vaulted ceilings, a new double vanity, large, jetted tub, and walk in shower. Don't miss the mountain view! There is a walk-in closet with barn door and a large dresser.
Cabin has a whole home water filtration system.
Guests do not have basement/garage access. Steps are required for entry.
**Location: The entrance to the Foothills Parkway is less than a mile away from this Smoky Mountain paradise. Metcalf Bottoms is a fantastic picnic spot in the national park and features tables, grills, and the cool waters of the Little River. In terms of dining, local favorites Geppetto’s Italian Restaurant, Hillbilly's Pancake house, Mountain Chick Cafe and the Wears Valley Social (alternating food trucks and weekend entertainment) are all within a few minutes. Two wineries and a moonshine distillery are also within 5 minutes. The main attractions of Pigeon Forge (Dollywood, Dollywood Splash Country, Pigeon Forge Snow, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, etc.) are approximately 13 miles away.
***Pool and fishing pond access is located less than 3 miles from the cabin at Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli off of Happy Hollow Road in Wears Valley. Fishing pole rentals are available on-site in season.
All paved County roads to cabin.
Maximum Capacity: 10 (King, Queen, 5 Twin, Full-Size pull-out sofa bed can sleep 1). No more than 6 adults preferred for comfort.
Property is video monitored & recorded 24/7 at each entrance, deck area and driveway for guest and property safety.
Security deposit will be required.

Property is located on a large lot directly across from National Park property in a quiet, residential area. All rentals must respect the residents and area enforced quiet hours.
