With its sloped ceilings, marble fireplace and tall windows with antique indoor shutters it evokes a spacious garret. it is furnished with a mix of bright mid-century furniture and a striking custom "sweater-striped" carpet, a loveseat is an eggyolk yellow felted-wood Danish design, the moulded plywood dining chairs are vintage Stratford, dating from post WW11 at the Canadian Wooden Airplane Co. The Clark McDougall painting is from the owner's collection. It has been completely refreshed and it is accessible from York Lane, immediately behind 9 Cobourg Street.
