The Kin-Ha condo was conceived with the intent to make you feel like you have been living in Playa del Carmen for years and that you're at home. Everything in place has the intent to make it possible that you can have a worry-free stay that helps you focus on what your days would look like at the beach, diving into a Cenote, reading that book you bought with a coffee on the Quinta Avenida, or just relaxing by the pool. You just have to come with your clothes and that's it!
The condo has the flexibility to receive up to six people, and we know that sleeping is important. There are three beds (One king and two single beds, plus a big sofa bed for up to two people) that will allow you to rest and enjoy a great night of sleep.
Do you want to bake some bread or make a nice dinner for your boo? Your kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are available to make that happen.
There are plenty of services close to you like groceries, drugstores, a big shopping mall, and even public cenotes by walk. Most importantly, The beautiful Xcalacoco beach is only 10 minutes away where you can go grab a nice cocktail by the beach clubs and get that cool Insta story or get that tan you were dreaming about.
The Kin-Ha condo is in a closed community with 24/7 security, two big pools, palapas, a kid's playground, a dog park, wifi in the condo, and has a great view of the local nature right in front of the sliding door that leads to a spacious balcony to sit and have a glass of wine.
We also have a kind-hearted concierge in case you need anything in the condo that will be pleased to answer your questions regarding a trip you plan, SIM cards, or simple advice.

Zu Gast bei Enrique Gomez
As someone who was born and raised in Mexico, I was used to living surrounded by nature, kind-hearted people, delicious food, and colonial architecture, but that was just another day for me. As I grew up and started to interact with many other cultures, there was a recurrent topic within these interactions, and that was how beautiful my country can be.
Years have passed, and life has brought me to a path that requires me to travel and be outside of Mexico. This has allowed me to appreciate the beauty of this land and made sure family and friends discover that too.
Becoming a host, comes in hand with this idea. The saying in Mexico 'Mi casa es su casa' (My house is your house) is said with the intent of letting people know that they can feel at home and relax. We mexicans enjoy making people feel good and welcomed, so this is on way for me to show the world that world famous hospitality we are known for.
The main goal here is not only become a host, make sure that you have a great stay but also helping you in case you have any questions about the area, activities, how to save money while visiting places, experiment real mexican food, hidden gems, i'll be pleased to help you just like i would do for any other firend.

To me, it is stress relieving and calming to wake up on a sunny morning, prepare a good coffee that will perfume all over the place, and just sit to enjoy the view of trees from the balcony while listening to some music or reading a book. Kin-Ha apartment gave me that possibility.
Natural light getting into the house is also highly appreciated by your body and soul and that is also something I've found in the Kin-Ha apartment.
Amenities like the pools and palapas where you can sit, get to know, and talk to great neighbors is very positive and encourages a healthy and close community.
These reasons were why the Kin-ha apartment exists now.

As I mentioned previously, the amount of natural light, the nice view from the living room or main room of the 'Selva', the configuration, and also the love that has been put into the place, make it that you're not just staying in a place, but somewhere you also feel great to be at.
