The Farm is just a couple of kilometers from Linnaeus Farm, a 7-minute drive into the bustling heart of Berry or 8 minutes to the ocean and the glorious stretches of sand on Seven Mile Beach.

The Space:
Broad, wrap-around verandahs welcome you to the cottage with its high ceilings, wide, timber polished floorboards and exposed brick walls. A crisp white-on white aesthetic is a breath of fresh air, warmed with lots of delicious textures in wall hangings, bed linen and fully upholstered furniture. You’ll find new pieces and old, comfy chairs to cosy up in and long timber tables inviting you to sit a while, unwind from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with nature.

Construction Notice:
Get ready for an exhilarating transformation! We've locked in renovations for our commercial space, set to kick off between July and October 2024. Fear not, during your bookings, there won't be any hammers and drills in action – we might have some safety fencing blocking off certain spots, however it wont disturb the residence. No worries, though! You'll still have access to the majority of the block, ensuring your stay remains extraordinary with all the special features intact.

Please contact us within 24 hours of booking, but no later than 7 business days before arrival, for confirmation regarding special requests, including:
• Rates are calculated for 6 beds exclusively; any additional individuals or the utilisation of roll-out beds or sofa beds require approval and extra charges apply. All roll out beds are kept off site and must be booked in and paid for prior to your stay.
• The adjoining commercial space to the cottage is accessible upon request and extra charges apply.
