This spacious home is great for families, perfectly positioned, minutes from the beach and the famous Silverleaves Corner Store.

Silverleaves itself is a picturesque town surrounded by bushland. The beach is safe and quiet, perfect for little ones.

The house has 5 generous bedrooms, children will love the dedicated room

The space
The modern home is spacious for multiple families to stay and play. High-quality bedding means relaxing is easy. The kids bedroom has two bunks.

The house is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children.

All linen is supplied including towels, sheets, teatowels. We do not supply beachtowels. There is a BBQ and fire pit for your use

There is a gas BBQ for your use and fire pit, you just need to supply your own wood.

The configuration is:
- Master with walk in robes, King bed and ensuite
- 3 large bedrooms with Queen size beds
- Kids retreat, with two bunk beds, play area, toys, books and boardgames.

We are dog lovers and have made the decision for the house to be pet friendly, we ask that you advise of any pets at the time of booking.

We had a lovely 3 day weekend at this property. Dog friendly, kid friendly, easy walk to the beach, amazingly comfortable beds. Big enough to fit our whole family in without feeling like we were on top of each other. Can highly recommend

Idyllic family beach house

The house is huge and perfect for a large, extended family getaway. The property is extremely well located, being a 2 minute walk to a very private beach. The host is very helpful and responsive. This was our second year in a row. Would highly recommend.

Great house in sensational position

The house was spacious, brilliantly fitted out and the condition was spotless. 5 minutes from the marvellous Silverleaves Beach that we knew well from a family home a generation ago, and a short drive to Smith’s for some safe surf. All facilities that a family could require for a great beach or secluded holiday.

Beautiful quiet location and fabulous stay

We had our family of 6 adults spend a long weekend in this light, bright, welcoming and spacious home in Silverleaves. Accommodation was perfect for us, with a large well-equipped kitchen, separate living spaces and neat outdoor living area. Plenty to occupy us in the evenings with a chess table, table tennis table and a lounge room large enough to very comfortably seat us all. Overall a really lovely stay, in quiet, leafy, Silverleaves. Close to the beach and a short drive to Cowes. Highly recommend, and would be very, very happy to stay again!

Modern beach house in fantastic location

This was our second stay at this property. It’s fantastic for large groups (we had 10 people across 3 generations). It’s extremely spacious. The kids loved the table tennis table. Silverleaves Beach is an incredibly short walk, and is a safe swimming spot for all ages. The host is very easy to deal with and is very responsive. We will be back!

Silverleaves beach house

Beautiful modern light filled house located only a 5 min walk from the beach We had 3 young children staying with us so being a short walk from the beach was important as well as having a spacious living kitchen area for everyone to be able to relax and play The kitchen was well equiped, furniture was well styled and maintained. The mattresses on the beds were new and comfortable and bedding wand towels were also lovely Thank you Ingrid for a lovely stay in your home

Everything we hoped for!

Ingrid was very accommodating to alter our original booking adding extra days, location was second to none and without a doubt the most practical, yet best presented property on the street. Super close to the beach, quiet area. The house had so much space we had a group of 10 for two nights and there was more then enough space. Can't rate it high enough x

The property was perfect for our needs. Ingrid was fabulous to communicate with. You could not walk to attractions but the island is so big you needed to drive only a short distance to everything. Lovely quite neighbourhood. A few minor things need to be attended to but did not affect our stay at all. I would definitely stay again

Luxury family friendly house, great location

We stayed for a week at the property and we we were all impressed. The host Ingrid was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. The house itself is even larger than it appears in the photos. It’s a super short walk to a beautiful, sheltered and quiet beach. My kids loved playing on the table tennis table, and we all enjoyed evening meals around the huge dining table. We also booked the additional cabin which was very comfortable. We look forward to coming back!

Spacious, lovely, excellent location!

We had the loveliest stay and Ingrid was wonderful to communicate with. Everything was so easy all the way up to check in. The house is so spacious with multiple spaces for our large family! The beds were heavenly to sleep on, and we all fit beautifully. The proximity to the beach and Silverleaves cafe were as described and so easy, our little people walked them. As always, Silverleaves beach is just perfection. All supplies at the house were great, everything was easy to clean and the extra puzzles, toys, table tennis table etc were so handy and a thoughtful addition. Ingrid was a wonderful host. We’d definitely be happy to stay again!

Fantastic family house in Silverleaves

I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay at Silverleaves. It ticks all the boxes and we have stayed in plenty of houses on the Island and in Silverleaves over the past 10 years. Booking and communication was easy and fuss free, the house is large, has everything you need for your stay, kids and pets are welcome. The beds were very comfortable and the area extremely quiet with great access to the beach. If you have really young children a double story house such as this may not suit unless you only use the lower floor. A wonderful stay and we will be back again. Thank you!

A wonderful place to stay

This was a fantastic place to stay. Ingrid was easy to communicate with and very helpful with any query. The location is great. Just a 2 min walk to the beach and you can walk along the beach into Cowes township. The house is big and airy and beautifully clean, with a great kitchen with all the amenities in it you would have at home. The bathrooms were all spotlessly clean, the 5 bedrooms are all roomy, the living and dining areas are spacious and comfortable with a large screen TV and great Wi-Fi access. Parking is easy , we had four cars and all fitted easily on the property. As a group of 5 girlfriend's getting together for the first time in a longtime, we just loved the long dining table. We spent many happy hours sharing meals, talking and laughing together around it. Thank you Ingrid for the use of your lovely house for our special time away.

Excellent house, great location, housed all of us and our 2 dogs. Super easy to check in and out, and the 3 bathrooms was handy with all the kids. We got good use of the eating areas and the outdoor shower too. Also the garage is pretty big which helped with the cars and beach gear.

Beautiful house and great location…

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house was wonderfully spacious for the family and very clean. Well located only 5 minutes from Cowes and an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach. House is well appointed with all that you need for a great stay. Communication with the host was great also. All in all a loveiy experience ❤️

Great place for a weekend away! The home was clean and spacious, easily fitting crew of 8 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and there was plenty of seating for us to relax in. The location was great. A short walking distance to Silverleaves Beach and the local store/cafe. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely come back again!
