Welcome to Beach Paradise Getaway. This three-bedroom two bath home features a large, heated pool with a screened enclosure. Completely remodeled with an open-floor plan, featuring stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and modern touches throughout, you will never want to leave. The lanai is a perfectly added space for relaxing, dining and enjoying the balmy breezes. Unwind in the primary bedroom which offers a king bed, access to a private lanai, and en suite with large walk-in shower. There is an additional king bedroom and guest bedroom with two twin beds, both have decks to overlook the pool. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The lower level offers an entertainment space with foosball, a living area, and indoor bar. There is also a deeded beach access at the end of the street. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane.
