Welcome to 10 Annie Drive, Peregian Beach - a true sanctuary that embodies the perfect fusion of space, comfort, and serenity. Sitting on 1.25 acres of manicured greenery, this sanctuary is ideal for larger families, including your much-loved pet.
Nestled in the sought-after locality of Lake Weyba, and only a 10-minute drive to Peregian Beach, this exquisite property offers an idyllic retreat for those seeking a relaxed lifestyle. Situated a short 10-minute drive to the beachside village of Peregian Beach, where you will find bustling restaurants, boutique shopping, and pristine beaches. A 15-minute drive will also take you to the renowned Noosa region, Eumundi Markets, and the Sunshine Coast Airport.
The Space
Drive through the gates of your own private sanctuary. Entering the home through timber doors you are welcomed into the open plan living space, designed along the north-eastern side, taking full advantage of the warm natural light and refreshing cross breezes.
The kitchen sits in the heart of the home, boasting premium appliances, sleek cabinetry, long granite top benches, and ample space. It's a true haven for those who appreciate the art of cooking. Extending the kitchen further is the butler's pantry. Bar-style seating and a living space sit parallel inviting conversation into the space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area, seating 8, providing the perfect setting for intimate gatherings and memorable meals with loved ones.
Down the hall is the media room, offering the option for privacy when desired, while the rest of the home remains open and connected. Fitted with air conditioning for the warmer months, the media room boasts 6 recliner lounge chairs, a TV, and Sonos-integrated in-ceiling speakers.
The master suite has a prime position on the northern side of the home capturing views out over the lush garden. The master suite is a tranquil oasis, offering a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom designed beautifully with floor-to-ceiling travertine tiles.
The three additional bedrooms line the southern side of the home and are all generous in size with built-in robes. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, the third and fourth bedrooms are fitted with a king bed (or two singles on request). A shared bathroom sits central to these bedrooms, along with a shared spacious rumpus/activities room.
Outside, beautifully landscaped gardens surround the large swimming pool. The alfresco area invites relaxation with ample seating and outdoor dining, overlooking both the pool and private gardens. Here you will also find a fire pit to cosy up next to in the cooler months.
