Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Patio was so nice with a beautiful view of the island. Was easily walkable from the ferry and town center. Made for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Our stay was simply amazing!! Very comfortable beds, Clean, balcony was spectacular!! There are some stairs, but manageable. Communication was excellent!

This is a great condo for a quiet couples getaway. The patio has a beautiful view and is a peaceful place to enjoy breakfast or a relaxing evening. The kitchen has everything you'll need for a weekend away. It is nice to have two toilets in case one is in use by your partner! We kept the sliding glass doors open the whole time, as the weather was great. We also kept the fans on the whole time to keep air circulation going and humidity down. Note that his unit requires going up and down stairs, even if you use the elevator. There are steps in the hallway in front of the unit and steps on the first floor to even access the elevator. Be mindful of this if you are carrying luggage. Then, there are steps down to the living area inside the entry way. This unit is priced for what the rest of Avalon goes for, which is high. We did not experience any major issues on this stay. The shower makes some weird noises and the towel rack in the bathroom seems loose. I suggest providing two sets of keys instead of one. The property manager provided clear instructions on how to check in, access the unit, and check-out. I would return here. Thank you for a great weekend!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Everything was beautiful and was a perfect place to relax (or get into some fun nightlife if the night takes you there)! The condo was beautiful, with stunning views - we could have spent the whole trip out on that balcony!

Avalon is a very walkable town. This condo is away from the noise and has a good view of the ocean (from a distance) and town so the location is good. The condo and terrace had a lot of space! Very impressed with the terrace. The sofa bed was not pretty to look at but it sure is comfortable like a real bed, thick mattress and all!

Great location with beautiful views

We loved the location and the deck, and the property was spacious and comfortable. The only downsides were that the place was a bit dirty - a lot of the dishes were dirty and some of the sheets were stained. The place could use a deep clean and some new linens. Overall, it was a great stay and the hosts were very communicative.

Convenient and cozy

It was a perfect spot for three of us. Well stocked kitchen. You can reach pretty much all shops and restaurants within a 5-10min walk. We had a few small problems with the internet but otherwise this was exactly what we expected and were looking for, would definitely recommend.

Overall the property was a good location, easy to get to, and convenient. A few more steps than what were originally listed, but manageable. The pool area was under construction and appears to have been for a bit.

Mostly enjoyable

Overall, we enjoyed our accommodations. We enjoyed the location, the pool, the views and the nice ocean breeze. There was an issue with the neighbors, who apparently rented their unit from another company, who were very loud and caused us some lost sleep. Ultimately, though, the management came through and relocated us to a nice unit on the same property that was ideal. FYI--while there are elevators on the premises, there are quite a few stairs that must be climbed to access upper level units which can be tricky with baggage and little ones.

Not a pleasant stay

No AC, no golf cart like they advertised. No lighting above the dining table. No blender, some electric sockets didn’t work. No swimming pool like they advertised. The building looks runned down. Lots and lots of stairs beware. Not happy here and won’t stay here again. It’s far from beach

view was beautiful room was nice and big

it was clean but there was what looked to be old blood on a light switch in the half bathroom some towels has stains on them and they listening said there would be a pool and jacuzzi witch is why we chose the rental the pool and jacuzzi were empty so that would have been nice to know before renting this Cando over all the cando was nice I personally wouldn't stay again only because of the walk to town and the pool situation.
