-If you are looking for party house, please DO NOT book. We welcome family vacations and business trip!!! Parties and events are not permitted by the City.

- Pets are not allowed except for service animals.

- Front doorbell, floodlights above the garage door and on the house's back wall have camera, noise sensor is installed in backyard wall. DO NOT cover or remove them.

-Please keep the fence gate locked if you are not in the house.

-DO NOT light the fireplace for any reason.

-Please follow City noise ordinance, keep quiet time quite.

-Parking Rules by the City:
Use driveway and street parking (Street parking permitted only adjacent to the property).
Maximum vehicles allowed: 4 vehicles
Do not block sidewalks
Do not park on lawns
Do not block neighbor driveways
Unauthorized vehicles may be reported or towed.
