There is a large open plan dining and lounge area with TV, NO air conditioning, ceiling fan and glass doors out on to the timber deck.

Bedroom one includes a queen bed, built in robes, ceiling fan and glass doors leading out into the garden via the timber deck.
Ensuite Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.
Bedroom two with queen bed and built in robe.
Bedroom three has a tri bunk bed (double on the bottom and single on the top) and built in robes.

The bathroom is very functional with a shower, toilet and vanity.

The laundry is located by the back veranda and includes a washing machine.

There are three outdoor areas to enjoy the surroundings.
