We have stayed at Kingston Plantation for many years. This villa was the best one we have stayed in. It is in great shape, clean on arrival, and decorated nicely. Easy access and close to the beach. It was also priced the best of the other available villas. I wouand probably will stay here again.

We really enjoyed this quiet getaway. It was close enough to get to the beach and easy out to leave the resort. Our hosts were communicative and available when we did need them. The house is clean and stocked. All of the TVs, appliances and washer/dryer worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend it and we’ll definitely return!

Great Week

We have been to Myrtle Beach many times including Kingston Plantation, Sol Mates was one of the best places we have stayed. Everything was amazing…clean, beautiful, relaxing, great communication, etc. Would stay here every trip to Myrtle Beach!!

Myrtle Beach Family Time

Great location! Easy walk to the beach and pool. Our adult children live in the Myrtle Beach area and this was a great centralized location. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare family meals. Quiet neighborhood with little traffic.

Location, Location, Location

What a beautiful condo! We would definitely book again. Business trip for one family member and lots of shopping and dining too. We did enjoy having the kitchen as we like doing a family breakfast. We are from SC and found the location very close to the things we enjoy in Myrtle Beach.

When choosing a place to stay, I usually focus on a few things: cleanliness, location, and practical amenities like a dishwasher. This place scored high on all three.From the moment I walked in, the entire space was spotless. I’m the type who starts checking vents, ceiling fans, lampshades, and baseboards for dust, and I couldn’t find any. Everything was truly clean.The location is great, and the unit includes smart TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. It also had helpful starter items like dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap in both bathrooms. Those small touches make traveling easier.I was in town for a conference, so I didn’t get to fully enjoy the space, but the time I spent there was comfortable. The living room is inviting and ideal for a family or group of five to eight, with plenty of couch space and extra pouf seating around the coffee table.Check-in was simple and convenient. I was able to enter a few minutes early and received an extended checkout to accommodate my guest, which I appreciated. The Wi-Fi worked well for email, streaming, and additional check-ins.The shuttle service nearby is convenient, and the unit is only a few steps from the Uber/Lyft pickup area.One small suggestion: the pillows in the master bedroom could use an upgrade.Overall, Kingston Plantation can be hit or miss, but this unit is definitely a hit. Clean, comfortable, and well managed.

Comfort near the beach

We stayed here for a conference in the hotel. After the conference each day we went to the beach and then walked back to the condo. It was lovely, and the A/C was strong (it was in the 90s outside but we stayed cool).

Quick Beach Get a way

Nice property and location. The availability of beach items was very convenient. The only disappointment was the lack of toiletries and cleaning products. We had to purchase dish soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. These items have been provided at every other VRBO we've used, so we weren't prepared for this expense. Luckily there is a wal-mart down the street and we left the extras for the next guest.
