Welcome to your Poconos Escape! This beautiful home has something for everyone and is located within the award winning Arrowhead Lakes Community.

Nestled inside Arrowhead Lakes Community, just 2 miles from the main gate you'll find our vast 3,500 square foot home featuring:

-3.5 bathrooms

-Indoor hot tub

-Large driveway that can fit 4 cars

Layout:
On the main floor you have 1 bedroom, the kitchen, formal dining, eat in kitchen and relaxing living room. Enjoy the hot tub year round!
Please note neither fireplace or wood stove are operable.

Bedroom 1:
-Located on the main floor, this room has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub

Bedroom 2:
-Located on the second floor, this room has a queen bed and entryway to the shared full bathroom

Bedroom 3:
-Located on the second floor, this room has a queen bed and shares a full bathroom with the other queen room

Bedroom 4:
Located on the second floor, this room has a queen bed and a bunk bed along with an ensuite bathroom

Head down to the basement for a second living/lounge space, pool table, air hockey table, and dart board!

You will have access to the entire home, hot tub, game room, driveway AND all of the amenities Arrowhead Lakes Community has to offer!

-Playgrounds
-Lodge
-Fitness center with free weights, cardio machines, row machines, a leg press, calf press, pec fly, and multi press machine. Open 5am-10pm

*Please keep in mind certain amenities may be off limits from time to time due to environmental testing, water treatment or weather conditions. We are not liable if an amenity is unavailable due to these conditions.

There are two fire places in the home that cannot be used by guests. Please do not attempt to use or tamper with the fire places.

Upon arrival - you will need to stop at the main office to collect your gate pass to be able to access the community. A car is recommended for getting around.

**Additional Fees Required**

Temporary community membership fees are mandatory for all guests. The fees are as follows:
-$35 one time registration fee
-$20 per vehicle
-$6 per person, per day

All people 6 years and older must be counted and paid for. This is a gated community, any unregistered guests or vehicles will be denied access. *All persons and vehicles must be finalized 4 days before arrival. After this cut off, no changes can be made.

After booking, we will need to obtain all guests first and last names, make, model, license and state for each vehicle and names of the drivers. We will also need the main guests phone number and email address. These items are required by the community.

You will receive a separate link after booking to pay the additional fees (usually a week before arrival)

-Dogs are welcome, weight restrictions do apply. There is a fee of $250 per dog.
-Due to wildlife, there is no curbside trash/recycling pickup. There is a drive-thru collection area just past the main gate on the left. Guests are asked to take trash at departure.
*Minimum age to book this property is 25*
