Incredible value for the money!! So nice and quiet and very walkable to quite a few local restaurants. Beach access right across the street!! Only gripe was the pool was down for a couple of days and upon check-in, they were just a little late getting us into the condo but other than that, very nice and would do business again in a heartbeat.

Nice condo. Needs some work.

Vanity in master is broken. Sink drains extremely slowly. Shower liner broken on both sides. Had to put the hook through the plastic. No battery in smoke detector!!!! Bed hard as rocks. Sofa “bed” needs to be replaced. No one could sleep on that bed. My son slept on the floor. Great location in proximity to beach. Loved the pool. Wish it had a hot tub. I would stay here again but not in this unit. Too many issues for the price. Biggest one being the smoke detector.

The ceiling fan in the master sounds like a plane is taking off. The sun comes right through the windows at sunrise, so, if you want to sleep in there’s no way. The washer/dryer needs to be updated. There’s two snakes that hang out by the back porch so be careful. The overall cleaning was ok.

A wonderful vacation

My family and I enjoyed this 2 bedroom condo. I loved that the bedrooms were upstairs and that each of the bedrooms had bathrooms. The pool was right outside the front door and it was an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. A beautiful walking path along the coast was a great benefit as well. Would love to stay at this location again.

Excellent location

The condo was top notch. It was clean and the floor layout was convenient to move thru. Needs minor repairs, as every structure does, but was not an inconvenience at all. The location was excellent. Pool was at the front door step, with patio furniture, and floaties to enjoy in the water. Sand castle and beach play items in the closet on back patio next to the outdoor shower to rinse away salt and sand from the beach, just a short (minute) walk away! The private beach area was full but never felt crowded! There are eateries and coffee shops in walking distance but we went grocery shopping and ate in . The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare all the meals we needed to make. With a charcoal grill on the back patio. The washer and dryer likes strings for dinner, but you will have that! Over all excellent place!!

We traveled a little over 6 hours, stayed at this location for 3 nights and it was great!

Great property, clean, quiet. All the info you need for your front door and access to your very own beach entrance gate is emailed to you for easier access. It's in a great location if you're looking to be close to the beach without the expensive price, it's literally at the most a 3 minute walk from the location to feeling the beautiful white sand on your feet! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much

Family Vacation June/July 2017

My family stayed in Gulf Winds East and had a fantastic time. We cooked the majority of our meals in the condo and had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. We did find a few things that needed to be corrected. The sofa bed was bent and uncomfortable. The maintenance man did the best he could do to correct it, but said the things I reported were all things they were aware of needing fixed. The absolute only complaint we had was on the only afternoon we went out for lunch for my daughter's birthday, we returned to find someone parked in our clearly marked parking space. The car did not have a parking pass, so we called to report it. I was told there was nothing that could be done and for me to wait and see if they moved. That was the only time I was talked to somewhat rudely. Other than that encounter with a staff member who seemed to be new and even stated she was unfamiliar with our property and was most definitely not happy to be working on a Holiday weekend, we had a fantastic time

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Saturday 4 August. Unit was clean and the kitchen equipped. However when I took my first shower in the master bathroom a stream of water leaked onto the recliner in the living room and water spilled on the floor. When we looked at the ceiling it was full of water and mildew. I called the contact number and left message about the leak and that we couldn't use the shower. Called again Sunday and again Monday. Monday afternoon a very nice man caulked around toilet and drain in tub and said he hoped it helped. We were able to take a shower without leaks. However, Thursday the stream of water started coming down again, left message on answering machine again. No one came and we checked out Saturday 11 August. The bathrooms are old and need to be replaced. The TVs were difficult to use, the guest bedrooms TV was not used because it couldn't be turned on. Internet was inoperative, we used our next door neighbors. Very disappointed that you would continue to rent this unit without replacing the plumbing and upgrading the bathrooms.

Super close to the beach but the unit can use some updating

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in unit 22 and it was clean enough and stocked with the essentials but it can really use some updating. For the price it was to be expected but the proximity to beach access and the swimming pool really made the trip worth it for my family. We had issues with management in terms of lock box combination codes and also with our internet connection which they could not help us with. If you are looking for a quiet time find another place. We would come back again for the location but hope that management decides to start updating the units.
