Welcome to your dream vacation stay! Our modern, family-friendly vacation home is located in Epperson Lagoon, a picturesque community with a unique vacation experience.

The location is ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding area. Located in the heart of central Florida, a short drive from the state's most popular attractions. About 1 hour drive to Orlando and Disney World, or nearby cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg, which offer a variety of cultural and recreational activities.
The space
The home has all the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay. With an open floor plan, 10 foot high ceilings and lots of natural light. The living room with comfortable sofas and large flat-screen TV, is a perfect place for your family to unwind after a day of exploring.

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cookware and utensils. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal, you will find everything you need to create delicious dishes.

There are three bedrooms and two and half baths. The primary bedroom comes with a king size bed, lots of closet space in the large walk in closet, linen closet and ensuite bath. The other two bedrooms each having a queen size bed and sharing a jack and Jill bathroom.
Guest access
Guests will have access and use of the entire home.

The home does not include access to the lagoon. Tickets will need to be purchased separately.
Other things to note
Guests will need to book tickets for Epperson Lagoon. Can not guarantee availability or additional options available at the lagoon.
