The Space:

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. Each bedroom has a private on suite bathroom for your privacy. The kitchen has been updated with granite counters and stainless appliances. Our guests comment regularly about the great view from the spacious patio, overlooking the largest lake in Saddlebrook and the golf course. Sunsets are amazing also from the balcony. Hardwood floors accent the Italian leather furniture.



A bright and well-maintained condo where all the special touches have been selected to ensure your stay is as perfect as it can be! From the soothing colors throughout the condo to the beautiful granite, counter tops and beautiful hard wood floors, you will be delighted to spend time in this kitchen!



All the necessities will be at your fingertips!



For dining options, you have the large granite island that has seating for 3 and for more formal dining we have a round table with seating for 4. The living area is inviting with plenty of seating on the leather sofa and loveseat while enjoying one of your favorite movies on the 65” Smart TV.



The second-floor walk-out patio has the perfect view of the lake and makes a perfect end to your day as you relax & decompress from a busy day! You will feel right at home in this condo! Entering the Master Suite, you will find a Queen bed and lots of natural light from the windows, a beautiful tiled walk-in shower and dressing area. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. The guest bathroom has a beautiful, tiled bathtub/shower & toilet area. Evening time is the perfect chance to relax out back on the patio and enjoy the end of a great day!

Guest Access:

Arrival at Saddlebrook:



You will see the guard gate upon arrival. Check in and provide them your ID so they register you. This takes 2-3 minutes on average

If you bring a vehicle they will provide you with a guest card to place on your dashboard.

Proceed straight to the stop sign, then take a right turn. Follow the main road to Bay Hollow Dr, turn left and you have arrived in our condo area. The buildings are clearly marked as well as the condo numbers on each unit.



Initial Check-In:



Check for damage and report any issues w/photos immediately to us.

You can park in any open spot near the condo.

Note the A/C may be turned high by the previous guest but it cools off very quickly.

Detect and report any smoke smell (marijuana or tobacco).



Miscellaneous:



Golf courses are available to play, green fees are paid by guests.

The restaurant and sports bar are located at the resort and are available to the public.

Getting Around:

Parking is easy and free. You can always find a convenient spot directly in from of our condo building. Wesley Chapel also offers Uber & Lyft services if preferred. Many guests prefer to ride in the resort on bicycles and we do provide 2 bikes to our guests free of charge.



Other Things to Note:

Access to Saddlebrook Resort amenities (pickle ball, resort pool, lakeside pool, fitness center, tennis courts) may be purchased for $200 per week or $600/month



Pest Control: Saddlebrook Resort provides pest control services. Saddlebrook staff may request during stay for pest control services.
