Endless Summer in Blairgowrie is your complete beach holiday house package, ready and waiting for you! It has absolutely everything you need for a great holiday getaway with family & friends. Split over two levels the house is perfect for both small or large groups. Walking distance to and from the beach & Blairgowrie shops. Endless Summer is a beachside getaway with a solar heated pool and designated outdoor entertaining areas.

DOWNSTAIRS
Comprises of a light and spacious living area, with open fire place & a daybed (must be requested to use upon booking) 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and laundry. A table tennis table is located in the garage.
Large garden backyard with a lower deck that leads to a solar pool, 1.2m deep, perfect for the young and young at heart.

UPSTAIRS
You will find an abundance of living space, a gas fire place, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry staples ready for every family meal, a spacious living/lounge with TV, DVD and a dedicated dining table and chairs which all look out over a large entertaining deck with magical views of the treetops & glimpses of the bay and the ships passing by. Plenty of toys, books and games for the kids.
Private, quiet location. Short 3 minutes drive to Blairgowrie shops, front beach and bike tracks. 10 minutes to the Hot Springs.
In the garage is a table tennis table for the kids. No access for vehicles.

Bedroom 3 with a Double bed to sleep 2.
Bedroom 4 with two Single bunk beds to sleep 4.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
Bed 5 is a Day bed, located in the downstairs lounge/living area, available upon request to sleep 1.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property rear yard is fenced and secure.

LINEN
4 Nights or more: A full linen/bathroom package included with bookings. BYO Pool & Beach Towels.
2/3 nights: this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows.
You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which incl delivery& beds made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casual and comfortable double storey home to spend time with family and friends. Weather was great to use the pool. Both outdoor decks provided great space for outside dining. Service from the property manager was great.

Disappointing, Couldn’t recommend it

We were not price driven, we just wanted a nice clean place to join together as family coming from Vic, NSW and Overseas. We wanted a pool and 3 bathrooms. This seemed to tick all the boxes. However this seemed like someone’s old holiday house. All blinds were old dirty dilapidatedPool was filthy and we wouldn’t dare go inCrockery, cutlery, pans and appliances should go to the tip.

Very Disappointed

Disappointed in the overall cleanliness of this house and the unhelpful communication from manager/owner of property. Dirty floors, stained mattress protector, dirty dishes, dirty pool, grotty blinds, no block out blind in main bedroom, air conditioner filter putrid. No apologies from owner nor negotiations for any compensation for a very poor quality house that was quite expensive in comparison to other houses we’ve stayed in. The presentation of this house definitely impacted our weekend away with friends.
