The suite contains a deck overlooking the stunning North Shore mountains, Burrard Inlet and Downtown. Enjoy a drink with your loved one while watching the beautiful sunset that this city has to offer.

Guests will have to the entire upper floor to themselves through separate entrance at the front of the house.

Guests have access to their accommodation with a self check in smart lock. Access code with be shared 24 to 48hr prior to check in.

NOTE: The long-term tenants live in the basement with their own space and a separate entrance. They never enter the upper floor. Guests will share ONLY the laundry room. The upper floor will be entirely private.

**Unit is not wheelchair accessible. Stairs access to suite.

If the additional guests are not reported, a penalty of the extra person will be charged.
