THE LOCATION...

THE PIRATE’S PENTHOUSE sits at the legendary corner of Petronia & Thomas, right across the street from the beloved Blue Heaven restaurant and atop the incredible La Creperie French Cafe making it a foodies dream come true! From THE PIRATE’S PENTHOUSE you’re only a short walk to the heart of Old Town Key West, and an easy walk or bike ride to the best beaches and sunset views at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and the newly constructed Truman Waterfront Park.

No visit to Key West would be complete without a selfie at the iconic Southernmost Point Buoy, which is located just a few blocks away. You’ll also be within walking distance to a number of Key West's best and most unique restaurants, including Santiago's Bodega, Moondog Cafe and 915. While you won't need a car to get around, this home does have off-street parking available in the driveway, able to fit up to a mid-size SUV, should you bring a vehicle or rent a golf cart.

The living area features a love seat, a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen-sized bed, and a large flat-screen TV for those moments between meals. One of two entrances to the incredible, private wrap-around porch sits off the living area, giving you access to one of the best places in Key West to people-watch and enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.

The fully-outfitted country-style kitchen sits off the living area with luxury appliances and tools, equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal at home in between enjoying the fantastic array of Old Town restaurant options located just steps away.

Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence.
