The space
Welcome to our pet-friendly AirBnB in wine country! Experience the charm of a beautiful private 2-bedroom plus den upper floor of our house just moments away from lovely Wood Lake. Our home is suited and occupied in the basement.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a fridge, built-in oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and double toaster. We provide a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups, an electric water kettle, and tea bags for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking essentials, spices, oil, and more. Cook to your heart's content with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.

Relax in the living room with a Smart TV and Netflix, or engage in fun board games during your stay. The master bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and panoramic views of the valley and lake. Access the patio directly from the master bedroom, where a swing set awaits to enhance your morning coffee experience. A Smart TV with Netflix is also provided in the master bedroom.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a view of the front yard and ample wall-to-wall closets for storage. The den functions as a third bedroom, with a sofa bed that converts to a double/queen bed. It includes a sliding door for privacy and a 4-drawer chest for storage. Additionally, there is a second full bathroom with a bathtub in the hallway.

The patio is fully equipped with a set of patio furniture and a dining table for six, complete with a tilt able sunshade umbrella. Take advantage of the Weber propane BBQ to cook your favorite steak and veggies while enjoying the breathtaking views.

We kindly ask that you please refrain from allowing pets on the beds and furniture. To ensure cleanliness, we provide designated rags for cleaning dirty paws or any spills, rather than using white bath towels.

We are conveniently located just a short 2-minute drive or 7-minute walk to Turtle Bay Complex, offering various amenities such as restaurants, a liquor store, Starbucks, fitness centers, and more. Save On Foods, IGA, and Costco Kelowna are within a short drive.

Guest access
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire upper level of our home and the front yard. Entry to the house is conveniently provided through a keypad, and our driveway can accommodate up to two cars. If you plan to bring your beloved pets, kindly inform us at the time of booking.

Please note that the backyard is not included in this listing, as it is occupied by our tenant/caretaker residing in the garden basement suite.

We kindly request observance of quiet hours as follows:

Sunday through Thursday: 10pm to 6am
Friday and Saturday: 11pm to 6am

If you have brought furry friends with you, we kindly ask that you clean up after them before your departure.

Other things to note
To maintain hygiene and cleanliness, we kindly ask that you refrain from allowing your furry friends on the furniture, especially the beds. This policy is in place to uphold a sanitary environment that caters to the comfort of all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Furthermore, please be aware that our home operates on a septic system. Therefore, it is crucial that only toilet paper is flushed down the toilet. Please dispose of any sanitary items in the designated garbage receptacles. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Thank you sincerely! 🙏🏻
