I am a little surprised by your comment, I would have thought that you would have followed the instructions which guide how to write a review and not a hateful message which comes from a frustration having nothing to do with your stay. So I'm going to respond and take a few minutes to recall some facts. The exterior landscaping at the front of the entire building is completed with landscaping, shrubs and sidewalks. I don't know where you tried to walk but the accessibility to the building and apartments is more than adequate, the photos on the listing demonstrate this and they are very real since they were taken last year. Our announcement clearly states that some facilities are not accessible until summer 2025, including those relating to the swimming pool and hot tubs. This information appears in the listing description and other sections as well. Maybe you didn't read the entire ad? Also, I did not receive a message from you throughout the stay on this subject so I do not understand the reasons which would have prevented you from questioning me on this subject because I was available throughout your stay . Regarding the “temporary” stopping of the elevators in the middle of the night, you do not mention in your comment that if you remained outside for more than an hour, it is not because of the elevators but rather because it It's because you forgot to take the key with you when you went out. This key allowed you to open and enter the apartment without having to use the elevator from the indoor parking lot. You also had a 2nd accessible door from the ground floor that allowed you to enter directly into the unit, you just had to enter through that door? I had to remind you that this door led directly to your room... You called me at 1 a.m. in a panic because you had forgotten the key. I solved the problem quickly by reminding you of the existence of this door and 2 minutes later, you were inside. You also broke a ceramic soap dish that you left in pieces on the half-empty counter in addition to 3 beer and water glasses without notifying us of this. A high quality duvet cover was found stained and damaged, with so many pulled threads that it was beyond repair. We simply asked you for the replacement costs of these items and the supporting documents clearly demonstrated the damaged items. After your departure, when I asked you kindly about the damaged items, you quickly threatened to leave us a poor review if we asked you for a sum to reimburse the items you broke. Your opinion is therefore unfair to us and it is based on comments that have nothing to do with your stay or our apartment. Your comment was written with the aim of harming and not with the aim of serving future travelers who would like to stay in our apartment. Fortunately, all the comments on our property that precede yours (all 5 stars!) will certainly make a difference.
