As soon as the issue was reported, we acted quickly to send maintenance out, and the water had to be temporarily shut off to prevent further damage. While our goal was to resolve the leak promptly, we understand that the situation still impacted your ability to enjoy the final night of your stay. We also apologize that the beds were not to your comfort preference. We recognize that mattress firmness is subjective, but we will certainly take your comments into account as we continue to evaluate guest feedback.
