Luxe on Lincoln features ducted heating & cooling in all 4 bedrooms + the main living space. The home boasts ceiling fans in all bedrooms & the outdoor patio, plus outdoor heaters for extra comfort during the cooler months.

Don't forget to bring your swimmers as the children will adore the waterpark whilst the parents sit close nearby at the Zoo Cafe & Bar! Embark on a leisurely escape to the Dubbo Golf Club (5 mins), where lush landscapes and a welcoming atmosphere await.



Admire the stunning traditional Shoyoen Japanese Garden at the Botanical Gardens. Indulge in Japanese cuisine with a reservation at Okami or enjoy the bustling atmosphere at Down the Lane. Soak up the sun and visit Victoria Park for picture-perfect picnicking, share some laughs at the Dubbo Escape Room, kayak down the Macquarie River, or attend a Pinot & Picasso session with the girls. Other Things to Note:

Lawn maintenance is carried out every Friday at 9:00 am.

The home can accommodate up to 9 guests. Please note that the 9th guest will use the trundle bed in Bedroom 3. As the trundle cannot be stored underneath the bed once made up, it is not prepared by default.

If you plan to use the trundle bed during your stay, please let us know before your arrival so we can have it made up and ready for you.

Pool maintenance is carried out on Tuesdays at 9:30 am during summer and fortnightly on Tuesdays during winter.

Please note that pool towels are not provided, so we kindly ask that you bring your own.



Interaction with Guests:
