Aric, being that close to Main Street while still having a private house to come back to is a hard combination to beat out here. Glad the location landed the way it did. If you make it back, the Fredericksburg wine trail is right in that same radius and pairs well with a slow morning on the porch. Hope we see you again soon!

Sara, a girls trip that ends with good meals cooked together and a walk into town for even more good food is about as close to a perfect Hill Country weekend as it gets. Glad the kitchen had everything you needed and that the beds let you actually rest. Next time you come back, if wildflower season lines up with your visit, the drive through the resort property that time of year is worth building a whole morning around!

We so enjoyed this house! It was perfect for our girls’ trip, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The only small blip was that there weren’t any lights in the backyard, which made it hard to sit outside and enjoy the evenings. Otherwise, it was wonderful and we’d definitely stay again! Loved the tree swing in the front yard! So cute!

Very nice. A few things need attention. 1 of Keurigs didn’t work. Master bath sliding door latch was broken. My husband thought there may concerns about the leaning Trees in back fallling on house some day.Overall, our stay was very nice. Thanks!
