Amazing stay

Wonderful cottage right by the forest, and it's close to a couple beaches. Welcome, check in, and everything else was phenomenal during our stay. I would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy PEI experience

What a great little gem! Perfectly situated next to the PEI provincial park - we went there often. There was also a great little coffee shop and restaurant nearby as well. As for the cottage - it was clean, quaint and had everything one would need! It was nice to not have to bring towels, blankets, a fan, etc. We hope to be back there again!

A very nice cottage, friendly and well maintained. Lots of room and comfy beds. Lots of hot water and toiletries. Thank you for the nice quiet and clean cottage

Overall the best place i've stayed where it isnt a hotel. Small things like actual creamers in the fridge, toothpaste and brush, lots of coffee and well oranized. Things were labeled and there were clear instructions. Easy to find and room a plenty for 2 couples or a small family There were so many good things about this place it's hard to write them all down.

Relaxing

Loved the quiet area, cottage was a bit small and it would be nice to be able to have had the windows open to enjoy the beautiful breeze. Overall it was good the host was excellent to get back to us with any questions we had.The best part about this place was the quiet area.We have been to PEI before and we always enjoy our stay.

We agree, opening the windows would be great and are looking into ways that allow this while keeping the cooler night air out (a concern some guests were having before). Overall it was a nice cottage… looked pretty old and few problems like bathroom door wouldn’t close and there were many insects on the floor! Nice big deck though which was great!

Thank you for review. Unfortunately the cottage is located in a forest area therefore bugs are bound to be there. I do have a pest control plan which means there will be dead bugs (as opposed to live ones!). I'm sorry you felt the cottage was old. The bathroom door lock has been recently installed and is brand new. Next time let me know during the stay so we can get it fixed. You didn't message us at all during the stay so that we can provide you the 5 star experience we want our guests to have. I take my job as host very seriously. Now it is an old cottage and we don't advertise that we are modern nor do we price like a brand new cottage. Many guests enjoy the old fashioned cottage vibe and that's what we present and price accordingly. Thank you for booking with us and thank you for your honest opinion.

Disappointed

Whilst the cottage was adequate ....the double bed was in poor shape and made for an extremely uncomfortable night x 4 The water had particles in it that made us wary...... Deck seemed unstable.

Unique location! Feels like you’re miles away from the city …but in fact it is only a short drive to all the must see places and attractions. A place to rest after checking out everything the island has to offer. Great spot for seeing the stars and hearing the ocean.
