Great Place, Great Location - The Stay Hub Great Folks
Despite a hiccup with the keys, our family of 8 from the United States had a fantastic experience, contrary to a previous poor review. Admittedly, the issue was more on our end than VRBO's, as we hadn't completed the necessary steps of providing our driver's licenses and filling out a profile form beforehand, a security measure VRBO has understandably implemented in this era of scams. However, once we met with the Stay Hub group managing the property, everything went smoothly. They were a delight to deal with and quickly resolved any concerns.
The property itself was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and spacious enough for our family of 8, which included 6 adults and 2 grandchildren under the age of 9. Its proximity to CRAVE, a fantastic breakfast spot, was a bonus, and its central location in Auckland made it convenient to reach any destination in the city within minutes. Overall, we highly recommend Stay Hub properties, and this particular home, for any family looking for a fantastic stay in Auckland. Many thanks to the Stay Hub team for their excellent service!

Broken couch and no air upstairs
Communication on Vrbo app was useless. No responses. Just automated reminders to leave window closed etc. The air conditioning is downstairs only. All the beds are upstairs. Disappointing. The couch was broken and tried to have been repairs many times. You could see all the screw marks on the legs. This just needs to be replaced. No more fixing is sustainable. The keypad was difficult to manage. Had to touch many times to get it to work. Sometimes it felt almost impossible but eventually it would work before we gave up and called.
