We had a scheduling mishap with our housekeeping team which unfortunately affected the readiness of the cabin. We are addressing this with our staff to ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the wasp nest and the issues with the shower and water supply, we appreciate you bringing these to our attention. We would have been more than happy to address the wasp issue immediately had we been informed during your stay. Nevertheless, we have placed a work order for maintenance to inspect and resolve these concerns as soon as possible. We are actively working on a fix for the shower and ensuring that all amenities are properly stocked and functional for each guest. Your feedback is invaluable for improving our service, and we are committed to making the necessary corrections to enhance the experience for all future guests.
