We sincerely apologize that the back door was left unlocked when you arrived. That should absolutely not happen, and we completely understand how that could make you feel uncomfortable — especially arriving at night. Guest safety is very important to us, and we will be addressing this with our team to ensure all doors are properly checked and secured before every arrival. We’re also very sorry about the cleanliness issue with the sheets and towels. That is not the standard we expect from our housekeeping team, and we will be following up with them to make sure this is corrected going forward.
