Beautifully updated property! Very clean, just a quick walk to the public beach access. Would recommend this property to any family of six like ours. Kitchen was well stocked and hot tub was well maintained. The outdoor spaces are an absolute bonus! Our kids played hours of ping pong and enjoyed the hammock, outdoor shower, and upper deck for relaxing with a view. We loved the location; quick access to anything and everything and the beach was beautiful! Would love to stay here again!

Clean. Nice location close walk to beach. Hot tub nice. Pool is not heated. Hammock was comfy. Well furnished and comfortable Easy check out. No early arrival.

Absolutely loved this property! Exceptionally clean and pictures very accurate. It was the perfect size for a small family with amenities. Some items to keep in mind , smaller hot tub and pool, but again perfect for smaller groups. There is no salt or pepper, it could be nice to add to the house, most people do not pack those. Also the taste of the water isn’t the best, so be sure to bring some bottled water. Lastly, the towels will shed so perhaps wash first. Price point could be a little lower especially off season. Again, I LOVED this property and would definitely consider it again.

The host did a great job at checking all the boxes. My son lives in Virginia so we come to OBX a few times a year. The place we usually stay was booked. So happy it was because this house was perfect and will be our new go-to OBX house.

A beautiful place to stay!

This house was perfect for our stay with an amazing amount of amenities like a ping pong table, hot tub, beautiful outdoor shower and comfortable decks. The house is so well decorated and functional. I would definitely stay again and recommend this property highly

We love this house! The location and amenities are excellent. I am giving 4 stars because the floors of the 3 bath showers are very SMOOTH and SLICK. We chose to use the outdoor shower . It is large and private.

We so enjoyed our vacation while staying at One More Moon. Everything was so clean and new. It had so many different hang out spots that our teenagers were able to spread out and have their own space. We loved the location. The public beach access was a super quick walk. I would definitely recommend this house and if we return to the Outer Banks, this is where we will stay.

The place was filthy. And no one responded to my request for a few items I’d asked for so I could clean it myself. If they couldn’t do it right the first time I wasn’t interested in them coming and interrupting my time any further doing it a 2nd time. I wish I could contact the owners to let them know how you’re taking care of the place. The furniture in the living room was so dirty I never sat on it . I’m not sure the sheets were changed in the bedroom I used. The dishes, pots and pans, glasses and silverware in the cabinets were dirty so I washed all that. The toilets had pee and other stains on them. There was sand in the hot tub. So when I arrive for my check-in on Tuesday, I had dinner plans so I couldn’t address the nastiness until I got home from dinner at which time I proceeded to clean all three bathrooms, take the sheets off the bed in the bedroom that I was using wash those put those back on until 2:30 AM and at that time I laid down for two hours got up at 5:30a Wednesday morning, called your lame office and I asked them to bring a mop so I could clean the floors, and some sheets so that I could cover the living room furniture and no one ever showed up. So Wednesday morning I vacuumed and dusted the entire house. There was sand and dirt around both the pool and in the hot tub. And sand in the hot tub. There were and are still cigarette butts and plastic, and trash all in the yard which I damn sure didn't clean that up for you. Disgusting to say the least.

First time OBX

This was the first time me and my family came to OBX and could have selected a better place. The house had everything we needed. The beach was right across the street and close to all your needs. The hot tubs was also nice after a long day at the beach playing with my teen. We can not wait to come back and stay at this property again.

Beautiful property and the house is very child friendly. The amenities are great!Bad review because the floors were not cleaned and they didn’t bother to even move furniture to sweep anything! Child’s feet were black after a few minutes of walking on the floor. we cleaned the floor and then enjoyed the property!

THE Perfect Vacation Spot

We absolutely loved our weekend stay at One More Moon! The house was clean, spacious for our group of 3, and so well-appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed sitting at the island or outside on the porch for our meals. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having our own bathrooms for each bedroom. It was so nice to have a door to the outside in each bedroom. The location was excellent - beach access was just a few houses away and an easy walk to Rundown Cafe, Walgreens, and Duck Donuts. The hot tub and pool were both used and enjoyed, even with the water being a little chilly in the pool. We cannot wait to return to One More Moon! Highly recommend 10/10!

The house itself is very cute. It is decorated nicely and was perfect for 3 of us. We love the swimming pool, location and beach view. The back deck where the swimming pool is definitely should have an umbrella.Unfortunately we run into many very unclean and unsanitary conditions in the house. The showers , bathrooms, floors , doors were very dirty. The house needs deep deep cleaning!!!!!! The sheets were not clean !!!!! Stained and discolored!!!! The table outside on the porch might never been wiped.I am very disappointed that the reviews were not accurate. It makes me wonder if the reviews were real.When I discovered dirty showers I didn’t hear back from the kees rental till next day. They did ask if they should send someone next day , realllllyyy?Before my check in I got many emails and text messages from Kees rental making sure that I won’t get to the house before 4pm because they have cleaning service getting house ready. I am not sure what they were doing there ???? The house was not clean and every day I was finding more and more filthy things in the house.I did share some photos with the kees company to make sure that someone else will not have the same problem and for them to see how things were not clean !!!!!

Wonderful House Close to Everything in Kitty Hawk

We stayed at One More Moon for 5 nights in April. The weather was gorgeous and the location was exactly what we were looking for. Check-in was super easy, the rental company sent us a text just before check-in time with everything we needed. Beach access was a short walk in either direction (maybe 100 yards in either direction). I can imagine the road between the house and the beach is super busy in the summer months though so may not be ideal for those with very small children. The house was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults and 2 children). It was clear the owners put a lot of detail into every inch of the house. From the multi-level decks and outdoor bar to the outdoor shower, it seemed no detail had been left out. The ping pong table on the lower level was a huge hit with our kids (9 and 12). Each bedroom having it's own bathroom and door to enter/exit directly to the outside was also fantastic. I can imagine this would come in very handy for a group of adults that want to come and go as they please without disturbing the rest of the house. Small details like chain locks on each door so little kids can't just open the door to go outside are the details I'm talking about not being overlooked. We found small details like this in every part of the house. The only thing I could think of that I would change is one of the bedrooms could use a king size bed. Other than that the house was fabulous.
