With 7 stylish and spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (5 ensuites, 4 spas), this is a fabulous destination for several families or friends to enjoy together. The perfect accommodation for weddings, birthdays, corporate or wellness retreats or simply enjoying the region’s many attractions.

The main homestead features five light-filled, stylish bedrooms overlooking gardens and the generous living and dining space is perfect for groups or families cooking meals and relaxing in the lounge. The heated, saltwater pool and alfresco area off the kitchen/dining area is a perfect place to socialise with a large BBQ and plenty of outdoor seating and shade.

The separate guest wing features our huge games zone complete with pool table, fusball, games machine, big screen TV and couches, along with the fully equipped Eden bar with generous seating (optional hire). Guests will enjoy the estate's impressive features including manicured gardens with ponds, bridges, expansive lawns, trampoline, swings and games, all hidden by tall privacy hedges and fencing.

RATES

We welcome all bookings via Stayz, however please note that service charges of 18% is added to our standard rate, over which we have no control and are 100% payable to this booking site. You will view this charge when you place your dates and see the charge called "Guest Service Fee".

Price may vary from season to season and minimum nights apply for school and public holiday periods.

Due to limitations with Stayz pricing settings, we are unable to display our $550 single night surcharge directly on the platform.
If you request a booking for a single night, please be aware that this surcharge will apply, and we will remind you of this before approving your booking.

We recommend considering a 2-night stay to enjoy the full experience of Eden, which offers greater value and avoids the additional surcharge.
