I’m so glad you enjoyed the location, the comfort of the home, and especially the patio; it sounds like a lovely way to take in Yosemite. I’m truly sorry, though, for the frustration caused by the AC not working properly during your stay. We know how important a cool and comfortable space is, especially in August, and I regret that we couldn’t get it resolved in time. Being in such a remote area can make repairs slower than we’d like, but we’re already taking steps to ensure the unit is fixed and won’t be an issue moving forward. I appreciate the thoughtful way you shared both the highlights and areas for improvement, and I hope we’ll have the chance to welcome you back for a much smoother stay.”
