Thank you for your review. We’re pleased you found the home fairly clean, enjoyed the comfortable king bed, and liked the resort amenities. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. This was a back-to-back turnover, meaning another guest had checked out that same day. You arrived before the scheduled check-in time, and our cleaning team kindly allowed you access early while the floors were still drying. Freshly mopped floors can take time to dry in Florida’s humidity, so entering early meant the turnover was still being completed. This is a well-loved vacation home with normal wear and tear, including occasional marks on walls. We will, however, follow up with our cleaning team regarding the coffee maker. The home is clearly advertised as self-catering, both in the listing and arrival information. We provide starter supplies, including one roll of toilet paper and hand soap per bathroom, plus a small welcome kit with basic cleaning supplies, a sponge, kitchen roll, and kitchen wipes. These are intended to get guests started, not to cover an entire stay. As we manage a large portfolio of homes, providing unlimited supplies for every guest’s duration is not practical. Finally, the resort’s slide hours and 48" height requirement are set by the resort and are outside our control. We encourage guests to review resort amenities and requirements before booking. Mandy, I am disappointed to see a 1-star review for your January reservation come through July 31st. I can see based on previous correspondence that the resort was completing painting which was scheduled to be completed prior to your arrival, which is why you were not made aware. As soon as you let us know of this, we issued a refund for the inconvenience. I am sorry if that was not satisfactory, and I apologize for the inconvenience of the resort completing maintenance upkeep during your stay.
